Founded by Danny Austin MBE, the company draws on decades of frontline medical, operational and leadership experience gained across military, healthcare and high-pressure environments. From supporting national operations to delivering emergency medical planning and response capability, our background has shaped a culture built around professionalism, preparation and calm execution.
That experience includes contributing to some of the most significant national events in recent British history, including the medical planning and operational support surrounding State Funeral of Queen Elizabeth II and the Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla. Working within complex, multi-agency environments where safety, resilience and professionalism were paramount reinforced the standards and values that now sit at the heart of our business.
